03/26/2016 4:16 amMade a reservation in person this afternoon after walking around and just happening upon the place. The waitress/hostess took our name and number and the time for our reservation. We showed up about 10 minutes before our reservation and checked in. The host then said he did not have our reservation. One gentleman attempted to find it, go talk to someone. He came back and said our only option at that point was to wait at the end of the walk-up list for 30-40 minutes. At this point it is 6:20, we have a concert to attend at 8. So the 2nd gentleman asked what we wanted to do. I discussed with my husband and responded that we could wait for 15 minutes before we needed to go elsewhere. He looked at me, rolled his eyes, and then walked away. I thought he was going to see what he could do, but he came back a moment later with silverware to seat another group, and he completely ignored us. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. Don't make your problem (losing our reservation) our problem. Would not recommend unless you can get a confirmation number for your reservation...but I would imagine even that would be too complicated. |

03/22/2016 1:26 pmWe had the absolute best meal and service we've had on our vacation. Bailey, our server, was helpful navigating us through the menu, tailoring our selections. $4 martinis were a great start along with the spinach dip. The brisket and Mac&cheese were awesome and my husband's steak sandwich was the best he's ever had. They tailor the adult menu for the kids too, no frozen chicken fingers! We ordered the layered peanut butter passion for dessert but they were out. ..Dre, the chef, whipped it up anyway when he heard the kids were disappointed. It was so worth the wait! |

01/25/2016 3:26 pmThe food was overpriced and mediocre and then my husband got sick the next day. I read other posts that people have been sick after eating there. Don't risk it. |

12/15/2015 7:43 amMy night started off ass a great night at Automatic Slims.Myself & a friend sat at the bar,ordered drinks & food,karaoke was going on & the night was going great.After a looooooonnnnnng Monday @ work it seemed like the perfect for Automatic Slims.Not to mention that I'm a regular(African American) however my guest had never been to this establishment & they were(White & from out of town) however this was was the establishment I choose.Initially everything fine until I paid for my bill.wWe sat at the bar,the bartender got upset with me because she thought that I hadn't tipped her as she deserved to be tipped.My 1st bill was $62.00 & some change,we sat at the bar & I left a $8.00 tip,Apparently that wasn"t good enough for the bartender.She proceeded to tell me how she only makes $2.00 & some change an hour but my thoughts were that has nonthing to do with me as a customer.She informed me that if I take care of my bartender,my bartender would take care of me!!!!I was completely confused on thr comment that she made to me,By the way her name is Marie!!!For some reason she got security(a guy in the back) to approach me & ask me to leave the establishment(including my out of town guest).I was not disrespectful,I was a perfect gentlemen,as a matter of fact I tried to ask rectify the situation with the bartender & she act as I was the problemShe called a guy to escort me out of the establishment when I did nonthing wrong.Not only did I pay my tab but I purchased several drinks for other patrons.As long as I've been a customer of this establishment,as long as they have Marie an employee.I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS ESBLISHMENT AGAIN.I've been visiting this establishment for 4years with no problems & all of a sudden I sit at the bar & this what I get.I can assure you that I will be back the next Monday & I can assure thatif she"s employed there I will face book,twitter & instagram my 4,2462 friends that this is not the place to frequent.As much money as I"ve spent as this establishment,this is very unexceptable.I can assure you that me & my face book,twitter & instagram friends will never visit your establishment ever again. |
