the lobby was very nice, including the staff. the rooms are neat and provide a luxury of a level that leaves no questions or expectations unmet.

Food:

This is a nice and beautiful hotel. It's close to Rittenhouse Square and is a few minutes walk from the best restaurants in Philadelphia. The front desk is extremely nice and welcome. However, there is no food service in the rooms. So you have to go out for meals and their advertised breakfast is not included. Overall, not a bad place to stay. Wouldn't mind staying again.

Cozy, clean, and with rooms on par with the big guys but less hustle and bustle and personal, bend over backwards service.

Fantastic hotel! The staff were very helpful and our room was super comfortable. Was sad we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend!
