07/28/2010 8:58 amWe love this place! It has great food and the price is amazing. We visit often enough and each time the food and service are exceptional, much better than you would find at any of the big chains. If you like tiramisu then you have to order it here, you won't be disappointed. My only gripe is that Chef Mo's husband will visit every other table but ours. My only guess is that it is because we are young (23 & 25), since he never fails to visit and talk with the other patrons who are 30+. It's not a big deal really, it's just something which perplexes us. Bottom line: try this place and you're sure to come back for more. |

04/26/2010 6:43 pmIt is a rare occasion to find a place that absolutely everything you eat is delicious. With every bite you can taste the quality of the ingredients within the food. If you are looking for a place with amazing service and equally amazing food, Mangia! is where you need to go. This is truly a phenomenal place for Italian style cooking. |

03/13/2010 1:35 pmDinner started with fresh baked rolls. I could tell how the rest of the meal was going to be just from tasting the rolls. Baked by the chef, warm, crusty and served with herbed butter. We shared appetizers, fried ravioli and crab dip. Love, love, loved the crab dip, just so perfect, lots of chunks of fresh crab meat, not too much cheese. I had the eggplant parmegiana which was lovely. Eggplant was crispy, red sauce was tangy with just the right amount of "bite". Finished with flourless chocolate cake. Truly amazing and delicious and worth the trip all by itself. Kudos to Chef Mo. |

08/18/2008 2:47 pmThis is a great place to get the true 'trattoria' experience in Orlando! Your meal is served in four courses (salad, pasta, a main dish and dessert) for a fixed price (about $30 per adult), with a choice of three or four main dishes. No menu because the main dishes are different each day. The food was marvelous, not ordinary, and the service was perfect... you feel like a guest not a customer. |
