Location management has gone down over the years. They have their raise and their falls. Ordered online...once the order was a half hour late, called in and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Ownership needs to step in before the brand is tarnished beyond repair. My tolerance for Baggins poor customer service has reached its limit and I will be going elsewhere. Its not 1993 anymore in Tucson, their are other options. Still on hold....

Got our lunch...driver was very apologetic and professional. Just one of those days

Great sandwich shop, better than subway, well at least for me. The sandwiches are fresh, made on the spot, the service is excellent, and I definitely go there often
