The guys here are always cheerful, welcoming and attentive. The drunken chicken sandwich is amazing! Prices are good. The only downside is they close a little early.

Food:

I have the truffle fries and tomato & mozzarella panini both of which are great. Simple but delicious. I mostly like the random dog paintings and general atmosphere. Everyone very nice.

The speed of service can be a bit touch and go. But the sandwiches are so good that it has never not been worth the wait.

Amazing pork sandwich. A little crowded, but that's because the food is awesome.

Changing my rating from 3 stars, as I have tried this place several times and it has gotten progressively worse. The fries are consistently burned to the point of being inedible, and the tofu is way too salty. I liked their sandwiches at first but they got worse the last few times. Even the rice bowl was terrible--tofu was soggy and super salty (not 'crispy') as it says in the menu and the rice itself was soggy. Might as well walk the extra blocks to more authentic bahn mi across the highway. Service is also very slow.
