This Church's chicken franchise is like none i've ever been to. Its somewhat run down, and there SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Right when you walk in you can see the female cashier/maybe manager hates her job/customers. Not a single friendly comment or smile, just rude from the very begening. I gave her no reason to me rude as i was polite even with her rudeness. They also charge you extra if you use a credit card, which i have never been charged at any other franchise, also when you get a refill the mean female cashier says in a rude way, first refill is free, second one we charge regular price. Hah!!!! soda cost a company like 15 cents to fill up a cup that i paid $2.00 dollars for. Can you say No cutomer appreciation. Also when they prepared there new beans and rice, they filled half the cup with rice, gave me a small layer of beans, and then filled the top with more rice. lol you couldnt mix it that how little beans they put in. I've been there a couple of times and that same rude female cashier has always been rude. Dont waste your time and Money!!!!!
