Hands down the finest breakfast I have ever had in Miami. Dont let the place fool you these people know how to cook. Go for breakfast and order everything ! Eggs (how you like em), Bacon, Grits, Pancakes, Beef Hash, Hash Browns and of course their Famous JONNY CAKES. It won't cost you more than $10 for everything I mentioned above. A real treat when made right and these are the best Jonny Cakes I have ever tasted. JONNY CAKE is a corn meal cake made with water and salt, however at The Bahamian Pot Restaurant they use MILK rather than water. Enough said. At the Bahamian Pot Restaurant, your Jonny Cakes always hit the table hot, what more can you ask. HINT: bring your own REAL 100 % Pure Maple Syrup, they only have Artificial Syrup made from GMO Corn Syrup sadly. Still its my favorite breakfast in Miami. its Honest Food !
