I love this place as it's original and veers from the normal Mexican food taste in a great way. It's less heavy, more tasty, and different from the same old.

5 Stars because of Ms. Melba! I am really big on great customer service and employees who try to remember repeat customers. Melba is awesome sauce! She is always polite, pleasant and willing to help. She will help you figure out what you want even if you are unsure and she does not get impatient. She will also make you aware of any deals they are running. In a world of over priced food, unsatisfactory service and bad attitudes behind every counter, Melba is a breath of fresh air. This is how service used to be when I was growing up. Give her a raise and have her train others. Thanks!

This is no Chipotle. I thought the quality did not match the price. did like the salsa bar and complimentary chips, of course, and the ingredients and freshness were up to par. But my steak nachos left MUCH to be desired. The guacamole (extra $) helped a bit, but it was super chunky. There was waaay too much cheese and about 3 ounces of meat, divided into 6 chunks. Plus the chunks of meat were too big to really spread over the chips. That really turned me off. I'm used to having steak in my steak nachos. I LOVE cheese and I felt queasy trying to eat this.

This is no Chipotle. The portions were okay, and they get a star for free chips and salsa. But they are too stingy with protein. I got 4 little pieces of beef in my nachos. Everything else was beans and cheese. Sooo much cheese. I felt slightly nauseous. Not worth the $8.

I purchased 100 worth of Baja Fresh specific gift cards from Costco for $ 80. I wanted to use them specifically for this location. When I tried to use them they said they could not accept them because something about they didn't enter a program in their system that would allow them to accept them ever. They did offer me 10% off my purchase though. Wow...what a slap in the face. Sounds like BS to me. So I am out 80 bucks because they screwed up and won't fix it. Not so fast! I plan on calling/notifying corp on this and get a resolution satisfactory for my troubles. If not, Baja Fresh will lose a hell of of lot more business than the 80 dollars they are deciding to steal from me. PISSED OFF!
