Boring, bland and the meat was dry. I covered my tacos in salsa to give it some kind of flavor.

Staff is helpful and accommodating. Food is always prepared to my requests.

Eat here about twice a month. The food consistently good. The counter staff are friendly and competent.

Hair in food ALERT!

Ordered the new taco plate with rice and beans. Ate through my first taco and 1/3 of the rice and beans, great taste, "man was I hungry!", when all of a sudden, from beneath my scoop of rice a most horrible black hair emerged! (Resembled a curled nose hair or beard)

The cashier was quick to refund my money, but went on to explain that it may not have been a hair, it may have been a piece of plastic from some container stored nearby the food prep area. YEA RIGHT....

I was hoping that paying the extra money and avoiding Taco Bell would provide better quality food and service... Unfortunately more and more places slack on hygiene, and this is one of them.

Sorry guys, just lost another customer. I have eaten here for the past few months because of the convenient location and my commute. Now all I can think about is:"Should I have stared less at my phone the past few times I have eaten here and paid more attention to what lies beneath the obvious!?"

If you like eating incredibly bland Mexican food in a plain, white room, this is the place for you. Otherwise, there is a more authentic Mexican food place literally 20 feet away. I've never been there, but it can't be as boring and flavorless as Baja Fresh.
