Sorry to report that this chain is going downhill fast. Food quality has dropped, prices have gone up and selection of food has stagnated. My last order was completely wrong. Not returning.

simple n straight- I am a vegan and ordered an grilled veggie burrito which contain no meat (confirmed the same before ordering)....

After i started eating i found a big piece of meat in my food and i left my food there itself....i did not make a hue n cry over this but when i went to tell the same the manager so that it does not happen to anyone else and here is the response i get- "oh is it" (Thats all)

NO APOLOGY- FOOD WAS NOT REPLACED- NO MONEY BACK- NOT EVEN A SORRY WORD OR EXPRESSION

HATE THE PLACE, WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!
