Have been here before food was delicious. On 3/14/20 order the 3 meat plate. Got home ribs were hard and dry sasauge looked like someone pulled it apart with their fingers chicken was mostly crumbs. At this point i mind you had gotten off work late suffered through 5 oclock traffic and just wanted to eat. So i called and spoke to mgr she said she wojld be happy to make it right. Got there on 3/15/ 2016 mgr greeted me respectly and began to fix plate. Some black man working there mumbled to mgr then asked me did i have my plate? The mgr never said a word. So i feel the black worker thought i was lying about the food. I paid my money for a service and didnt get that and live away from downtown. My conclusion is this because of the blk worker i will not patronize this establishment ever again. Mind u i am a blk male that doesn't appreciate workers questioning my sincerity. I work to hard for my money not to enjoy my food.

This place is the worst in town! The brisket was ok, but the pulled pork was dry and bland, and the baked potato was like they marinated it in salt and pepper for two hundred years! The fried pie was like fried dough with cinnamon, and I could just dump the bbq sauce on someone's head. I went here with my friends for my birthday, and now 42 is my unlucky number. I would rather starve.

I wouldn't feed this stuff to my dog. Maybe my tastes are to refined, maybe it was a bad day for them; but I won't ever be back!

I've been on google for well over 5 years now, and have never made a post; so that should say something about how horrible this food was!

The ribs tasted old as if they had been saved from a previous day.

The peach cobbler dough was gummy and inedible!

I spent about $30 total on food, only to throw 90% of it away. I would rather eat spam and top ramen!

For the price, I was not expecting Pecan Lodge, but I sure was not expecting inedible, old tasting food either.

If you are looking for a comparison, then it would be gas station BBQ, something like what you would find at Buckeys, certainly not award winning!
