The ladies working at BCCC were extremely friendly and more than willing to help me out when I was in a tough situation with short notice. First impressions mean a lot and they exceeded my expectations.

They were able to provide me with some great ideas and even better service. Thank you Baltimore Cup Cake Co. !

I placed an order 5 days in advance from another boutique cupcake shop in Baltimore and they dropped the ball. At 3:55, on a Saturday - the day before Mother's Day, I rushed into Baltimore Cup Cake Company. They were very nice but unfortunately they were sold out... After speaking with them for a minute, they offered to stay open late and put together a sample cupcake pack for me. I was not only very impressed that they would stay open late, but that they would whip up another batch of cupcakes for such a small order!

I will definitely recommend Baltimore Cup Cake to all of my friends and I truly can't thank them enough for saving my Mother's Day gift! This place is the place to go in Baltimore for cup cakes, don't even think of going anywhere else unless you want to be jerked around.
