07/26/2015 5:46 pmMy favorite italian in the city. Before you even get your food you'll be served amazing fresh scones and bread with high quality olive oil and olives in vinegar ( make sure to ask for the olive oil if they dont bring it at first). I highly recommend the specials of the day, so far I've been really lucky with those. A pistaccio pesto pizza and a cheesecake with mango jam there were some of the best food I've ever had. |

05/25/2015 11:07 pmOne of the worst meals you can get in San Francisco. Staff was nice. Wine was good. Tried a lasagna and a pizza, and both were awful. Tiramisu was awful. |

10/09/2014 6:00 pmBeen a 20+ year customer until today. Only one screw up before but this one takes the cake. We ordered 4 ravioli from them delivered and they sent like two day old hard nasty tasting bread. I called them, they knew then tried to justify it that they had not baked bread yet. GREAT SO SEND STALE BREAD AND DON"E EVEN SAY SORRY, JUST AN EXCUSE!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A LOSS OF A LONG TIME CUSTOMER |

06/19/2014 10:01 pmHad a fantastic takeout dinner from here. Portions were plentiful and bread that comes with the order was out of this world. I had the spicy pesto (added pancetta) and it was possibly the best pasta I've ever had. Toddler son devoured the spaghetti (kids portion) and will likely do the same to leftovers at lunch tomorrow. Wife had angel hair which was only average and bro had yummy lasagna. |

05/11/2014 12:59 amWhen I think of Italian food, I think of comfort. Add to this a fabulous glass of red wine and a warm ambiance with friendly staff, and you have Bambino's. I enjoyed the ultimate Italian comfort dish, lasagne, and it was one of the best I've had. I liked the unpretentious nature of this place, much in keeping with the area. Give it a try next time you're seeking to scratch that itch for Italian. You know the one. |
