We got there on a Saturday night around 7 and experienced pretty poor service. It took 20 minutes to order food, and another 25 minutes to get our food. It took 35 minutes for one of my friends to get his Irish Coffee from when he first ordered it when the waitress sat us down and took drink orders. The food was okay, not great. We were tempted to get up and leave several times when the waitress kept walking by ignoring us and not taking our order. She also was dressed kinda sleazy, as a guy I didn't mind, but it made me feel slightly uncomfortable still. Would I go back? Maybe for a drink in the bar, but not to sit down. There are many other places nearby that look just as good or better.

I went out for the first time in 4 months, I have a had one day off every week in the last 4 month and I'm a mother of 2yrs old. So this was my night to go out and have fun. It's a nice place music is good drinks are good, but the security sucks! I was shoved by a guy multiple times while the security guy watched my ride left me and the security guards did nothing to help me but laugh at me.

The Bamboo Bar and Grill is a great place! I My only negative is that the drink prices are a bit steep, but considering that it's down on the beach, and that it has good entertainment for dance on the weekends, I guess the price (like most places on the beach) is completely acceptable! The Bamboo is one of my favorites on Beach Drive, and I think you'll agree :)

Cool vibe, sat outside on a sunny day. Our waiter told us happy hour prices were only for inside. We order our food, and within 5 minutes a couple of guys sit at the table next to us. We inform them about the happy hour prices. The same waiter takes their order and says "the bartenter says you can have happy hour prices because we're slow". Me and my wife were like "WTF?". We paid full price when the table next to us got happy hour prices. Felt ripped off, never going back. Oh, and my chicken wings were undercooked...

I used to really like this place, but it's been under new management since the summer and the service has really gone downhill. The food is decent, and it's got a great "beach bar" vibe, but I don't think that outweighs the terrible service I've had the last 3 times I've been down there.
