The worst Chinese restaurant I've ever had in my life...They are extremely dirty, for instance the guy that was making the food was picking his nose and also the cashier blew his nose and did not borther to even wash his hand. The food was disgusting. Had the shrimp fried rice and chicken wings and I regretted getting it. Was not able to finish my food. That's disappointing. Last but least wrose customer experience.

I have ordered here for as long as I remember (been here for 15 years).

The food taste good, the price is right, and the quantity is plentiful.

Service is fast!

I have NEVER gotten a stomach ache from their food.

Enjoy

This place used to be a good place to get Chinese food, but not anymore. I ordered from bamboo yesterday and the sushi did not taste fresh and it was cold and soggy. Also the dumplings tasted like they over did it with the salt and the sauce has a lot of salt in it too. Plus I had to wait over an hour for my food. The lady who was on the phone with me when I ordered cut me off a few times and had to call back because it took over an hour to get my food, when it used to be good, I only had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. Until things get the way it used to be at bamboo, I am not ordering from them anymore. I will order my Chinese good else where for now on! Tokyo is a better place to order at for the sushi.

Don't expect anything outstanding. Simple, typical, lukewarm food with moderate (at best) service. Get your Chinese food fix and get out.

I informed them that on my new diet of no bread or rice (or sugar) I can not eat rice. I asked if instead of the rice that comes standard with their meals, such as Mongolian Beef, I could have a little bit more of the vegetables that also come with it. It seemed like a fair request--a few more vegetables in place of the rice I could not eat, so I would not be hungry after the meal.

The manager--Whitney--said no. She said that I would receive the rice whether I wanted it or not. It was up to me if I did not want to eat it. She said, "no substitutions" and suggested I buy a side of vegetables for two or three dollars more. She did not speak in a rude tone, but she showed absolutely no concern for the customer. In fact, she seemed to think I was doing something wrong by suggesting an alternative, like I was trying to get over on them.

Whitney's decision and her indifference to the dietary needs of one customer has cost Bamboo Express a family of regular customers--probably several hundred dollars a year.

I will add that the other restaurants I frequent have been accommodating. For example, Village Inn suggested a side of fruit instead of the pancakes that were standard with the meal. Chipotle serves more vegetables when I decline rice and beans in their bowl dish. Etc.
