Horrible customer service!!!! Took 2 hours for my food to arrive and they yelled at me and hung up on me. They refused to make it right. I love their fpod but I will not give them business again.

Food:

I (front desk) and housekeepers always order from here at least once a week or once every other week. Their food always consistent, the best sweet and sour chicken in greensboro! The rice is sticky, the portions are huge for the price, and food is always good.They always arrive when they say they will per delivery 30-40minutes. If you're looking for great chinese food that offers delivery, this is it!!

Their food is pretty good. I just wanted to alert anyone going off the prices on their online menu that they are far from correct. I have a feeling the menu they have posted here online is very old. Add about $2 - $2.5 per menu item on their menu & that would be about the correct price, matching posted menu located in their restaurant.

RUDE. And they overcharged me! I ordered food in a pint size, they did not communicate that what I ordered was only available in a qt and just charged me for the large size (they overcharged on top of this!!) I also wanted fried tofu and they gave me steamed. But when I called to express my concern they were SUPER RUDE. I wasn't even upset till the lady started arguing with me. I wasn't even asking for anything free, she was just super defensive and unwilling to help. I'm never going there again....

Food:

The lo mein is good, but the tofu dishes really are very poor. Also, the staff over charge you for dishes. They did that to me on multiple occasions. The price they charged me was quite a bit more than what they had listed on their menu price list (after taxes).
I would think a lot before going there again.
