Food:

We utilized the online order feature. The order never arrived . After calling, we were notified that there was an error and it was marked as pick up and that we could come pickup up ourselves for 10% off. The lady on the phone was rude and said it didn't matter how long it quoted me through email that They quote an hour. I called at 8:30 to check on the order and I placed the order at 7:10. They were rude and didn't offer much for the order not being delivered at all.

Food:

The food absolutely sucked !!!! The crab Rangoons were Just cream cheese with one itty bitty peace of crab. I got root beer and it didn't taste like root beer I'll tell you that. I'm highly allergic to peanuts or anything peanut better so I asked a lady if they used peanut oils for the foods. She didn't even know. Nor did the cook. So that right there tells you that they don't even know what they use in or on their foods! Don't go there if you're expecting good food. Its absolutely horrible

I ordered food for deliver to my work. It took an hour which I'm ok with but when I got to sit down to eat, I was so upset and so disappointed.
My chicken curry had NO FLAVOR. It was soupy and watered down. NO SPICE TO IT AT ALL, even after I made note for it to be HOT. It was literally as if it was not seasoned at all. I called and either wanted a refund or some kind of consolation. The manager was very rude and said I didn't know what I was talking about and I would get no refund.
That is not a way to run a business or keep business. I will never order from there again.

Food:

I understand this is your typical cheap, mystery meat, generic chinese food restaurant, but I have now tried food from here twice within a year period..the long gap in between the first and second from the first bad experience. The chicken was soggy and not fully breaded like it had just been sitting in a pot keeping it warm for days. The non-breaded chicken didn't look healthy. The rice in the pork fried rice was dry and tasted over cooked..egg rolls were not bad and egg drop soup was okay at best. Ended up throwing out almost the entire meal after a few bites.

Food:

Went on a Sunday buffet. I had to tell the lady to fill the noodles because it always got empty. The ffood was just fair. Not bad but not tasty either. Crab Rangoon is just fair... filled with cream cheese but no hint of crab whatsoever.
I should've not come in here. I was misled by the reviews. I am Asian and know what tasty Chinese food really are that don't have to be expensive.
