I live nearby and have wanted to try Bangkok 16. We finally did last night. The food (red curry w tofu) was decent, but not quite spicy enough for me. Their Thai pancake desert is excellent! Service was good at times, but fell short at others. We waited 30 minutes for a check, so I'm hoping that was just an anomaly.
