Lovely Ambiance. We tried the Thai Chicken Noodle Soup and it was pretty good. The amount is enough for 2 person to share for a full meal. We will surely go back.

I read a few bad reviews which made me weary. But in all honesty some of the most flavorful Thai food I have ever had. So im addicted. Customer service I have had my share but, my orders have never been wrong & the portions are well worth it. Keep up the great work Bangkok Cuisine.

My husband and I have eaten here many of times and always leave satisfied. My husband has tried a different dish everytime and has said that ALL have been excellent. You will enjoy!!

I called at 6pm on a Monday to make a to-go order and was put on was on hold. Five minutes later I figured they forgot about me and called back. Explaining I was just on hold trying to make an order, I was put on hold once again. My husband was already in route to pick-up so I waited. THIRTY minutes goes by and my husband shows up (who was aware of the situation) and makes the order in person. He then explains that I am still on hold and watches the cook in the kitchen hang up on me. He is told there is no one on hold and isn't offered an apology or any explanation. It's not like they were even busy, with only 3 tables of people in the restaurant and nobody calling in since I was tying up the line. Their customer service is a joke and they need to stop having the cook answer the phone from the kitchen.

Food:

Best Thai food in town (and they are ranked nationally, too.) So much care is put into the ingredients and the plate sizes are enormous! Read the blurb about the chef/owner that is at your table. She grows her own peppers and travels to Austin to get some of her ingredients. The interior is a little worn but the food will knock your socks off! We travel past other Thai restaurants, that are a little closer, but they just don't hold a candle to the menu at BC. I absolutely recommend this restaurant!
