Ive been to Bangkok Garden with my family many times. The food is good with great service. This place has never disappointed me.

Food:

Slow service - Waited 15 min to get water, and no refill
Small portions - HALF of what i've eaten in other bankok garden
Pricey - Everything is 3$ more than the other bangkok
Combination of small and pricey- Why overcharge for a small portion of rice, really? common!!!
Crap food - It's either under seasoned or over seasoned, I swear, not even the cooks want to taste their food.

Good is great. I actually prefer here over rama garden, but it's a matter of preference rather than quality of food. I like their soups allot so give them a shot.

We come here on a consistent basis and have received great service every time. I've had Thai food in Thailand and it is very comparable. If you are looking for American'ized Thai food this is not the place for you.

Found a hair actually rolled into our spring roll. We told the server about it and she asked if we would like another order or something else. We declined because there were only two left and we assumed they would take it off the bill. Instead they gave us a dollar discount. One dollar! We were with a large group so we didn't want to make a scene and instead decided to call and speak with the manager the following day. They took my number down when I called, still no return call.
