03/07/2016 5:04 amDecent service in the beginning. We tend to not ask for much. Asked for toothpaste and they didnt bring any. So i guess so so on the service. People were nice though. |

02/25/2016 5:48 amNice location. The hotel lobby feels very cramped. I didn't like the hotel lobby at all. It's bad for meeting people, sitting, and socializing. The restaurant/bar are on the 2nd floor. Bad. |

02/15/2016 5:28 amMy wife and I only stayed a single night but the experience was pretty much what you'd expect from a Marriott property. Easy, fast check in. Nice valet parking attendants. Room was clean and comfortable. Really nothing to complain about and nothing to gush about. Enjoyed our stay! |

12/19/2015 5:49 amThe hotel itself is fine, nice room and amenities. However, the valet service was abysmal. Leaving for a flight the next morning, I called for my car at 7. I finally was able to leave at 7:50. 50 minutes to get my car is unacceptable. I couldn't fill up the rental car and got charged a surplus, lost my boarding position I had paid extra for, had zero time for coffee or breakfast, and didn't get to charge my laptop or phone at the airport. I couldn't work on the flight as a result, was unable to leave the plane for a brief lay over before flying on to Atlanta. Peanuts on an airplane only go so far. All this is directly attributable to the valet service. I feel strongly that Marriott needs to address this by increasing the staffing, negotiating for a closer garage, something. It cost me time and money, lost productivity, and I was staving for over 6 hours. Based on this, I would NOT stay there again if I had any need to depart and be someplace time dependent. |
