On a visit from California and have been nothing but impressed by the courteous staff. Thanks for a great stay

Decent service in the beginning. We tend to not ask for much. Asked for toothpaste and they didnt bring any. So i guess so so on the service. People were nice though.

Nice location. The hotel lobby feels very cramped. I didn't like the hotel lobby at all. It's bad for meeting people, sitting, and socializing. The restaurant/bar are on the 2nd floor. Bad.

My wife and I only stayed a single night but the experience was pretty much what you'd expect from a Marriott property. Easy, fast check in. Nice valet parking attendants. Room was clean and comfortable. Really nothing to complain about and nothing to gush about. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel itself is fine, nice room and amenities. However, the valet service was abysmal. Leaving for a flight the next morning, I called for my car at 7. I finally was able to leave at 7:50. 50 minutes to get my car is unacceptable. I couldn't fill up the rental car and got charged a surplus, lost my boarding position I had paid extra for, had zero time for coffee or breakfast, and didn't get to charge my laptop or phone at the airport. I couldn't work on the flight as a result, was unable to leave the plane for a brief lay over before flying on to Atlanta. Peanuts on an airplane only go so far. All this is directly attributable to the valet service. I feel strongly that Marriott needs to address this by increasing the staffing, negotiating for a closer garage, something. It cost me time and money, lost productivity, and I was staving for over 6 hours. Based on this, I would NOT stay there again if I had any need to depart and be someplace time dependent.
