Usually good food, but today the food was terrible. When we called them to let them know we were disappointed the lady just said "Thank You". We have picked up food there many times but we won't be going back. The Mongolian Beef was 98% white onion. The chicken chow-mien was 98% white onion.

I suppose the previous poster had a bad experience, but I absolutely love Bao Bao! Whether we order delivery or pick-up, our food is usually ready within only 15 minutes and always arrives hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and make great tasting food. It's the best take-out chinese you can get in this area [imho]. I haven't tried everything on the menu of course, but my favorite items so far are the fried shrimp dumplings, egg rolls, and the boneless spare ribs. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonably priced, fast, and quality chinese food. Enjoy!
