i'm 23 years old and don't go out to eat too often, because, well, why lie? because it's expensive. however, after going here just once, i'm making it a point to go here at least once every 3 months.

the food here is creative, delicious and every single bite is going to make you giggle a lit bit and mutter with a mouth full of food "wow, this is amazing."

don't hesitate. get something from every course. split it if you have to. did i mention to get a bottle of wine? do that too. go red. it will all be worth it when you leave 3 hours later having had one of the most amazing meals you'll ever experience.

Notice how I said experience and not "eat". You don't come here to eat...that's for the burrito slingers. You come to completely lose yourself in culinary and atmospheric perfection. This is one of the few places I've been too where elegent food doesn't come with the stuffy, haughty crowd or fast-table turning owners. You know that feeling of wearing ski socks by the woodstove while reading a good book? That's what dining here is like. If you don't know the feeling I'm talking about, then go buy yourself a woodstove.

I went here on a first date over three months ago and have a reservation for tomorrow night with the same person as that fantastic first date. Wink, wink. Nudge, nudge. This place rocks.
