A chill, after-work place to get drinks and appetizers. I've met here to chat but never done a full dinner experience.

Over an hour and 10 minutes and NO FOOD!! Bartenders can't make drinks either. Don't waste your time!!!!!! Would give NO stars but not an option

The service was very slow. There was and old lemon stuck inside the menu. There was an earring on one of the cushions that we sat on. Definitely do not recommend going there for lunch

Embarassed. I was at Bar Louie in Hampton Roads, VA the same week. I was floored by an awesome experience, food, all of that. I came home to Columbus. With company from out of town, I made a big deal about going here. The service was strange at best. Our server dude showed up to say hi, I'm your server, after 35 minutes of us being servied and 'ordered' from someone else-who was that person anyway? He lurked the whole 35 minutes while someoen else detailed the table. Then the salad I ordered was NOTHING like what I had in Hampton. I was told it was signature. Really? In Hampton the chicken was grilled not baked and shreaded for 'maximum coverage', in strips, apples sliced not diced, spinach replaced by browned cheap-a** iceburg lettuce. The bill was high, the food bad. When asked how I enjoyed my salad, I said I dont. I showed them a picture of what I had in Hampton- showed them again and asked what did this picture have in common with this 'signature' salad? Nothing but excuses about how the signature recipe changes from night to night or week to week here based upon cooks preferences. My advice-follow the preference of your customer-especially those of us coming in knowing what we want and expect from Bar Louie. I've been threatened to never take my family back here again-more issues, tired of typing now.

Ate here last night and had a pretty horrible experience. It took 20 minutes for a server to come over and great us/take our drink order. She said it was because no one knew who had our table...?!? When she finally came around, we ordered our food and drinks (three people). The drinks came out fairly quickly but it took 35 minutes before our food arrived. We had to ask about it because it has been a while and the restaurant was not that busy. The server told us it that our food was being put 'in the window now'. It was another 10 minutes before it came. One meal was missing and one came out wrong... I ordered a salad that was warm from sitting in the window. Not only was it warm but it was missing 4 of its ingredients.... Blue cheese, avocado, cucumbers, and onions. I had the server take it back for them to dump some of the missing items on top. The dressing on the side was not even big enough to touch all the lettuce. Where is the management of this place?
