Terrible service. Waited 40 minutes for our cards and missed the caps game
They either need to fire wait staff or change ownership as soon as possible.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I live very close to this establishment and like to give it the benefit of the doubt but I have been twice and I promise I will never eat there willingly again. My friend, visiting me from Kansas, and I went on Valentine's day, when we arrived the sign said to seat yourself. This would be fine if not every single table was dirty. Sarah and I eventually sat at the least dirty table we could find, it then took 20 min for a wait staff member to notice us. We ordered drinks and he came back to clean our table, 30 min later he came back to take our food order. STILL NO DRINKS. 25 min later. We recieve our food and our drinks come out right after our food is delivered. The drinks are watered down and the food is cold and undercooked. I will come back to the food, let's start with the drinks. Sarah ordered a Bloody Mary, our waiter after bringing our food out said that there was no celery and apologized. Sarah ordered Boneless Wings, THE ENTREE HAD CELERY ON HER PLATE. Clearly, he was just too lazy to ask the kitchen to restock the celery at the bar. I ordered a Mojito and instead of telling me beforehand that they were out of mint leaves, our waiter served it to me just hoping I would not notice!

Now to the food, my burger was ordered medium well, upon recieving this burger I took one bite and noticed that is was rare. Incredibly pink but after waiting for an hour and a half for food and drinks, I WAS STARVING and didn't care enough for them to take it back since I did not want to wait another hour for a remake. There was about 10 fries with my burger and THEY WERE STILL FROZEN. It even took 10 min to get a water refill. The manager was also standing at a table with two women the whole night rather than checking on his staff or the current customers in the restaurant. Clearly, this establishemnt needs a new wait staff and a management that cares.

This place is disgusting and does not derservie anyones business. EVER.

No. Bad service. None of the food or patrons are interesting. Stupid music playing too loudly. Their location allows them to overcharge the naive first-timers. Overall quite annoying. Go somewhere else.

This is one of the most overcrowded places if you come during happy hour or weekends. It is full of young professionals talking loudly over top 40 hits in the background. The drinks were fine and the service has always been average. It is really better to sit outside of the bar area in the lobby where they have tables.

I went to Bar Louie this past weekend with my boyfriend. The bartender's ignored us for a good 10 minutes. My boyfriend finally got one's attention he looked over and walked past us twice like we did not exist. I finally got the female bartenders attention, she took our drink order. The drinks were good but the service was horrible. So we went upstairs to Lucky Stripes!
