04/29/2016 9:14 pmHorrible management and customer service , overpricing of bland food. For my full story use the yelp app. If there was a way to give Big Easy no stars I would do it! |

02/28/2016 10:37 pmI waited over 30 minutes for 4 grilled shrimp while the people next to me came in 20 minutes after and got a plate full of fried food before I received my 4 grilled shrimp. Steamed oysters were the size of a quarter, if that. Overpriced for low class service and proportions!! Totally dissatisfied!!!! Very easy for me to give the Big Easy 2 thumbs down and a strong boot in the @$$!!!! When we did complain the hostess at the front just literally turned her head as if we weren't even standing there, looking into outer space. Within 30 minutes after eating the food my friend and I developed nausea and stomach cramps. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR RETURN! |

02/13/2016 2:27 amWe came here a year ago and the experience was so amazing we had to come back on our next visit to Norfolk. This visit was disappointing. Even though they were not that busy, it took almost an hour from entree order to delivery. It even took 40 minutes for my son's pasta Alfredo to come out, even though we ordered that at the same time as appetizers. I had a beef tenderloin special that came out overcooked the first time and even though it was cooked right the second time, it was flavorless and dry. My boyfriend had rockfish on a crab risotto. The fish was done well but the crab risotto was not cooked correctly and had no crab flavor at all. |

11/21/2015 10:36 pmWith the name big easy, I thought it was gonna be a New Orleans experience in Norfolk, but all was good except . Where's the New Orleans Grilled Oysters? I frequent the Acme Oyster house in New Orleans and there the best. Not to knock Big Easy, but grilled oysters is it! |
