This does not even deserve a star my family and I have been coming here ever Sunday after church to see one another once a week. The last 3 visits have been so bad the staff is so rude. Tonight as we were pulling in we saw them run to the booth we always sit and and turn off all the tvs and close the section were we always sit. One day the wiped the table as we were sitting and throw the trash on us. We are paying costumers and it is ridiculous how they have been treating us. No one should ever come to this location.

Our family (about 20 of us sometimes more) come most Sundays for dinner and we have noticed lately that the front staff do not seem to like us, we always eat at the same booth and we noticed as they saw us pulling in they rush to close that area and treated us with bad attitude, this is our last visit here, they finally accomplish their goal of losing us as customer

NOT SINGLE STAR IS DESERVE TO THIS LOCATION. Today I called in at 11.25 to order a pizza the girl on the phone couldn't quite understand when I said 3 different toppings plus when I say XL she kept on saying large. Finally I got the order placed and I was told 45- 60 mins. Then I realize she did not take my payment and I called her back and I said you did not take my payment. She said I heard you said cash. I laughed and said you did not ask anything that is why I'm calling back. How ever I said ok.

AFTER 1 hour and 20 minutes I called and the girl was saying we did not send it yet. Then when I ask for the manager the person was mike told me sorry we were trying to call you and didn't have your number right. I said I told the. Number to the girl over the phone over 10 times. Then he was asking me the number again. I gave it to him and I think he was mocking me by asking it over and over again. Finally I told them not to bother.

I think the owners should give attention to this matter because first of all they did there mistake and tried to cover it without even apologizing for the mistake. Also I think the pizza never left the premises. When you have kids and ordering lunch because it's there favorite pizza place if this is how the poor service is I wouldn't bother next time.

I order and eat in other locations never had this problem. Unfortunately when my wife was calling in a rush she thought this was closer to our place. Also the manger MIKE would be needed to educate that the customer is a valuable assets to your business.

Surprisingly good beer on tap. Excellent pizza and wings. Friendly staff. I recommend dining in.

NO STARS. Gave me raw pizza i called and complained immediately manager said he credited my "account" go to order my replacement as its NOT free and what do you know. No notes so no replacement. Liars! ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN and ive been eating there over 20 years. Barros was already not doing well nationally. Good luck.
