Barro's Pizza, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Love this Barros! Have not waited more than 45 minutes for delivery. Customer service is always outstanding, whether dine in, take out or delivery. Food is always fresh and always delicious!!

normally I love this place, and we actually order often but the last few times I have been last satisfied. This last order was 24 spicy wings with and extra lg. pizza for delivery and it came with only 3 very small celery sticks.... the wings were very dry compared to what we normally get, the sauce was also very skimpy. I hope this was a one time problem and that the mngmt hasn't gotten lazy and doesn't care about pleasing the customer.

I think we're done with this place! Their pizza used to be good but lately it's been too greasy. Plus, lately it seems like when we order our pizza light on the cheese they just pile it on! Today they did just that! The grease actually dripped onto the seat of our suv!

Born in raised in Mesa, I'm a Barros junky. Their pizza is fantastic! I do recommend that you either dine in or pick it up yourself. We've always lived within 5 miles of a Barros, and whenever we've ordered a pizza for delivery, it doesn't come for at least 45 minutes. This makes me think they wait until they have a sufficient amount of pizzas to deliver and start deliveries from furthest away and work their way back to the restaurant. This is my only complaint of the place. But, it give us an excuse to dine in. The restaurant we go to hires young, but that doesn't matter. There are plenty of televisions, so there's always a good game on, and the children's area has plenty of things to do, and cartoons on the big screen.

Waited too long for the pizza, the wings were soggy, the pizza was awful, the manager delivered it an hour and a half late. When asked what he could do for us after we returned the wings, he said nothing and walked away. Mike Barro should be ashamed of having his name on this establishment.
