Food:

This place is great. Two slices and a drink for five bucks. Choice of Pep, sausage, cheese, or the works. Great Ice Tea as well! Don't understand why the reviews are bad, never had a bad experience. I want to see these guys make minimum wage and then expect to kiss the rings of all these a-holes that think they are entitled to something. Your lucky I don't work there! Remember the Golden Rule. Don't #$&@ with people that are making your food! Then you will be just fine. Try to remember when you had a minimum wage job once and try not to be a picky A-hole or write bad reviews because it wasn't up to your standards Queen of England. It's PIZZA, if your that picky go to Maestros steak house and order the Onion Soup with a side of STFU!

Food:

Have always enjoyed Barros Pizza. However, not this location. Ordered some garlic bread to go with our pizza and what we got was burnt to a crisp on both sides. When we asked for some ranch to help moisten it up, they said only if you pay an additional fee. Everyone at the counter was teenage girls, who acted as if they could care less. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Before moving to North Phoenix with the bf I had never had Barro's before. We got this the first night we moved in and have been getting it ever since. I'm a fan of classic pan crusted pepperoni pizza. Always a large, paired with 12 or 24 traditional hot wings. Always plenty of sauce on the wings, which tends to not happen a lot at other places. We always get delivery, the drivers always pleasant. Again not like other places where half the time the drivers seem to hate the world. Have had other pizzas, just most often get the pepperoni. Regardless, I always suggest Barro's to friends if they haven't had it.

chicago is known for its awesome deep dish pizza made with quality flavorfull ingredients---barrfos is not that,,not even close...thats why they are in az...calling this garbage "chicago style" is absolutely comical

Three friends walk into a Barro's that they had all eaten at before and enjoyed. 24 hours later all three friends all are ill with lets call it for the sake of this review... Gastro Intestinal symptoms.... We met for lunch last Saturday, we all live in separate homes, went to socialize and have some pizza and wings, had not seen each other in weeks, we all went home after our meal. Big mistake. Ordered the pizza and wing special, soda's, celery, ranch and blue cheese. The wings were cold and seemed a bit "chewy" but the sauce was hot and when we questioned the counter help we were assured they were made fresh. The pizza was hot, the dressings seemed cold, celery was cold, not sure where we could have all contracted the exact same symptoms within hours of each other but this seems like the only logical explanation. We all started getting sick starting the next morning, the first one at 2:30 am. The second casualty was at 6:30 am and the third at 7:00am. We are still not feeling 100 percent. This is the only food we had in common, this was the only contact we have had in weeks, you do the math. I of course cannot rule out some strange force of nature that may have cause all three of us the same problems at the same time so you use your deductive reasoning because I would never say 100 percent that we all got sick here for fear of retaliation. I am a bit suspect however after reading the latest restaurant inspection from Maricopa County that contains violations and a complaint from someone else in August of 2014. Unfortunately, I have to "run" to the bathroom...
