Barro's Pizza, Phoenix, Arizona, Pizza Restaurant Details

Food:

Had them deliver dinner. The driver was prompt as was the young woman who took my order. Calzone was over cooked, cheese sticks a bit under cooked. I didnt realize the driver shorted me on my change until after he left. Granted it was only 31 cents. It may be trivial but every cent counts. And I did tip over 15%.

Food:

I've been coming here off and on for the past year and a half for the lunch specials. The pizza is always good and the place is well kept. *One* time it took a while to get one of my slices out to me -I was engrossed in the game and had let the time slip by- until one of the staff brought it out to me, apologized, and gave me a full refund. I was there for less than an hour total on my lunch break. Still had time to finish the slice without rushing. Great place!

I would say the Pizza, the Wingz, and Salad all suck @$$. $30 waisted..

WORST EVER!! havent had Barro's for a long time. decided to order. it was a mess from the get go. i told the woman (who spoke WAY to fast) what I wanted. She repeated the order I made last time (which was NOT what I wanted) but knew I wanted a large. showed up to get it and they made what I ordered last time. i will give them credit for making the correct size pizza ASAP. BUT I Got food poisoning. the past 2 days have been HELL. these people need make sure to follow correct cleaning and food handling procedures. I will NEVER get the wings or anything from this location EVER AGAIN!!

Call to order pizza, the girl that answered the phone spoke too fast I couldn't even understand what she was saying. I ask for delivery and at the end of the call she see said the food would be ready in 20 minutes. Didn't even ask for my address for the delivery. I called back and ask if she could make my order a delivery. She said, can you hold? Got my food somewhere else. Don't have to deal with a place like that!
