Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered a cake online and paid with my card, then get a call AFTER my card has been charged that the website had the wrong price and it would be more. I told them it was not my fault their website was wrong, so I should be sold the cake for the price it was shown for, and they refused. Now I'm being told I must wait 24-48 hrs for my card to be refunded the amount I paid, all for their screw up.
