I've encountered a few rude employees. My favorite was listening to a man ordering coffee when the person behind the counter stated "This ain't Starbucks, we don't understand any of those fancy terms.".

Food:

As SOON as we pulled up, we saw the employees scramble to turn all the lights off and lock the door. We assumed that the lobby had closed since it was 9pm-but the doors, online, and other locations have drive thru open until 10pm, so we proceeded to go there instead. There was no response on the intercom, and when we pulled around, the employee at the computer ignored us and walked away. Do not advertise store hours if you're not going to abide by them. Obviously the staff there needs to be replaced.

Food:

If your going to sell pumkin muffins/pumkin donuts they need to have it well stocked with them. That really sucks:(

I love the iced coffee, the customer service is ok, the only thing that bugs me is that on days they run out of my fav bagels....
