The staff is very nice. I calles last minute for a cake for my sister's bday the same day. They put aside for me but then found out that my mom had already went to Baskin Robins and picked up one. I called back to let them k.ow to put away. They were very understanding. Thankes me for vallimg them anyways. I wish i would have gotten her name but she was really nice on the phone. Thank for your customer service, it is noted...

Not sure about the other reviews... Complainers? Past poor management? I've never had an issue here. Always quick, friendly service. This is right by my work and I have gone at all hours of the day and night. It's always clean, friendly and deliciously fattening.
