The customer service from the staff to the management needs serious work. I have never dealt with such rude people. I will never give them my business again.

No restrooms, no Discover cards accepted, and parking is difficult off of Freeport Road. Not the best place for the parents to bring the kids on a whim, though the kids love the 31 flavors.
