I rated it one star because you don't offer negative stars. I am one of those who don't give a review. If it's bad I just take my lumps and call it a learning experience. But this time I thought I would try and save anyone who is trying to find a good place for a brunch. The salad bar consisted of a bowl of chopped lettuce (the kind you can buy in a bag at a grocery store) and 2 types of dressing that's it, no shredded cheese, no bacon bit's, no vegtables, no crutons, nothing else. The breakfast part consisted of, over cooked eggs, under cooked bacon and sausage and french toast sticks. The lunch part consisted of Sliced ham, sliced pork loin and garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, no vegtables. The biggest joke of all was the dessert it was store bought cookies. Now the good part, the rolls were good when the basket wasn't empty. For the price and what you get I would have been better off staying home and eating a bag of chips. If you want a good place for a brunch Fox and Hounds is outstanding.

When my husband and 4 kids first moved to Milwaukee in 07' we enjoyed the cliché' atmosphere and ate there a few times....fast forward about a year and out of nostalgia we decided to return and were horribly disappointed. Ok..so it always had the nursing home atmosphere, but the live music made it fun, which they no longer have. They also no longer have their potato dumplings, which were a treat, and their clam chowder has changed for the worse. We ended up ordering the potato pancakes which were dry, hard, and not very potatoey....The only positive was the fish was hot and crispy. Sadly, we won’t be going again.

very rude and racist. I just wanted a quote of how much everything will cost and explained the need to have special catering request, but they were so rude and racist after knowing that I was not of their type of race. would not reccomend this place to anyone. i hope they will never be rude and racist to anyone else ever again! I'm telling you all out there so that you'll never have to face this sad racism like i did.
