Everyone including myself thought i had a stroke. The left side of my body was numb. After a CT Scan, an MRI of the brain, Echo on the heart the stroke was ruled out and a neck MRI was done and found that i had some compressed nerves causing the problem. Thanks to the team of Doctors, Nurses, and Technicians at Memorial Hermann Southwest. My LIFE matters. They are the best in my book.

Food:

Nurses rude. service poor. All about the money. Don't know how they got those supposed good gradings on Healthgrades. They put a lot of money on the buildings outside, but it is the same old Memorial inside.

This place is a joke. Unwilling to give pain medication (I need a skin graph and have a hole in me that's open after surgery). Almost none of the staff speak fluent English, I have currently been waiting OVER an hour just for my nurse to come visit me.. steer clear this place is horrendous. I am transferring immediately as I would not trust them to perform my skin graph since they are incapable of even the most minute task

I hate this ducking hospital I had so many problems with them.I came in cause my arm was hurting the doctor just moved it and said it's a spranged muscle I'm thinking to my self you did nothing really. And another time I had a old friend like 60 who bust his head and it was bleeding and he had a whole in his head I'm like omg so I called the ambulane and they took him to the hospital and all they did was staple his head and call me to get him and was presistant for me get get him now and in a hurry so I went to get him and when I say him they didn't even clean him up blood still on his shirt and neck and head.never come here ever you better off dead if not they gonna kill you anyway. O, and for the record I been dealing with them for 2 years,never again

TODAY MY DAUGHTER BRINGS MY GRANDCHILD IN FOR HAVING A COLD AND COUGH FOR COUPLE OF DAYS. WAS RELEASED AND TOLD SHE WAS GOOD. BEING THE GRANDMOTHER THAT LIVES OVER TWO HOURS AWAY CALLS THE HOSPITAL. I SPEAK WITH THE NURSE OR DOCTOR KIRSTEN H. SHE TELLS ME SHE HAS A VIRUS AND QUESTIONS ME ABOUT WHY I WASN'T THERE THEN HANGS UP IN MY FACE! AGAIN THIS IS THE NURSE OR DOCTOR THAT HANGS UP! AS I CALL BACK TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE ER I GET THE RUN AROUNDS BEING TRANSFERRED TO VOICE MAIL AFTER ANOTHER. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST CHOICE OF HOSPITAL!!!!!!
