Really great experience. Food is pretty good depending on what you decide to get. Definitely keeping this place in mind!

Been there many times, food was good, staff is friendly BUT this last time the mixing of food has been horribly unsafe. They will take your all cooked and almost finished food and use the mixers with raw meet and raw egg on it. I don't care how hot the grille is, that is a breeding ground for salmonella and e coli. When I saw them doing that to mine , I told them to shove it. Do yourself a favor and ask them to cook it where they block it off from others and use clean mixers. I asked the staff if they should be using contaminated mixers with the already cooked food and they said they didn't know??? The salad is always brown as well.

I drive an hour one way to eat here any chance that I get. BD's has absolutely delicious food, and is a very fun atmosphere. I bring my two small children with me and they have a great time and always eat good.....which is saying a lot because my children generally do not eat well. As some of the negative reviewers said, the place can get a bit messy at times, but it is often because it is so busy. All good things are worth a hassle sometimes. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, you will love it!

When I want a great BD's experience I head down to Columbus and hit the one at Easton Town Center (3977 Worth Avenue), where I can be assured of ample fresh ingredients and cordial staff. This location on Coventry lags significantly behind any other BD's I've been to in Ohio or Michigan. While I have had good dining experiences at this location, I am happy when I have a mere mediocre experience.
On my very first experience here I was shocked to find slimy sliced bell peppers in the bottom of the crock. The restocking technique of dumping fresh upon the older inventory doesn't allow for rotation so the ingredients at the bottom of the crock can be significantly older. After two years of prodding by the Easton manager I tried the location again. I have been satisfied with most of my visits and have experienced dining when you could walk up to the grill with no wait and dining when the location was so crowded that there were three rows of patrons standing around the grill waiting for their bowl to be cooked.
This is often a busy location. Close in parking is difficult to find and one should expect to walk at least a block. Tables feel cramped and one often has to weave around the tables to get back and forth. Staff often appear knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, with the grillers often being the friendliest. I have found it common at this location to have the staff step right in front of me or cut me off without as much as an "excuse me"; they certainly don't practice "the customer comes first".
On my last visit I noticed the salad bar was a mess. Items were not fully stocked and ingredients were scattered all over. I notified my server who said that he would have the salad bar taken care of. Not surprisingly the salad bar was in the same condition when I left.
I wish I had a better review for this location. I have had wonderful experiences at all of the other bd's Mongolian Grills I have visited. At best I see it as a hit or miss; I don't have the high expectations here that I have for the other locations. As with all bd's locations, the bigger the group you go with, the more fun you'll have!

I have not been in quite some time, and it is because the service and food quality had dropped since I used to frequent it. I used to love stuffing my bowl as large as I could, and watch it be expertly prepared in front me. But on my last few visits the service was just alright and the food was not fresh. A MAJOR concern when handling raw food. We determined that it was just not worth our money anymore. I think I'll make one more return visit before I completely put the nail in the coffin.
