I have been a loyal customer of this place for over 10 years. I had like the food and in the past had done considerable gaming there. I usually played keno at the only area you can play Keno at. I had usually spent between $100.00 to $300.00 per visit. I had always had my drinks comped and always paid for my meals. On the night of 16 April 2013, I was in there with my wife daughter and sister in law. They ate (which we paid for) and we played over $300.00 in video Keno. My wife and daughter had eaten. Before leaving, my daughter and I left the keno area and put $40.00 in a machine at the bar and ordered two beers. He explained that I would be comped but she would be charged for hers, we undertstood and he said hers would be put on her food bill...ok what happened next was he had the waitress add the tow beers she had drunk WHILE PLAYING on her food bill. When it was questioned he said THAT he would rather us not come in and play and expect comps!! He said playing one quarter at a time does not warrant comps! i have in the past SPENT OVER $300.00 dollars "ONE QUARTER AT A TIME" and had always been comped!! After 10 years of being a loyal customer I will never go ther AGAIN. I hope other people will not go either. I have in the past told friends that the food was good and reasonable. I will not ever recomend BEANOS as I have never had a more disappointing experience since the 12 years I have lived here.

The bartender act like he doesn't like his job maybe cuz is old man he has bad attitude and the food no very good I order a wrap and the tortilla was cold. I live close to this place so I walk but now I prefer to drive to another bar
