02/01/2015 2:37 pm Awful service. We waited almost 20 minutes for drinks, then when we finally were able to place the order they messed it up twice. Finally I asked to just have the steak removed off my bill. No manager ever came out to apologize or speak with us. For the price they charge and such poor hospitality I would never recommend this restaurant! |

09/24/2014 9:10 pmWe went to Beau's 1 day ago for breakfast to celebrate our 20th year anniversary, to start the day off right, that wasn't the case we waited 20 minutes for just a cup of coffee, which I had to get myself...only 4 other people were eating. The breakfast food on scale 1-10 I would rate it a 4. Not good service and will never go back to this Beau's Grille, Akron, Ohio. |
