Fun place to visit in Pikes Market, you can see them making cheese from the store front, free samples if you can make it to the back of the shop. We like their grilled cheese but their Mac and cheese was a total bust, it was not cheesy and blend, unfortunately we ordered two small bowls and ended up throwing it away. How the hell can they mess up Mac and cheese?

Love their cheese curds!! It's fun to also watch the cheese making process through the windows along the sidewalk. The mac and cheese is really tasty too.

Get the cheese curds, get the cheese curds, get the cheese curds!

Beecher's is another fun place to go to while in Seattle. You can check out the cheese making process and buy some really great cheeses. I suggest getting a few with some crusty bread and then going out to have a really fun picnic while you are there.

Conclusion: Tasty cheese and OK mac and cheese.

Their cheese tastes good! I personally think, however, Boar's Head cheese is comparable to theirs. Their world's best Mac & Cheese....it was ok.

Great spot for mac & cheese lovers. Their cheese had just the right amount of consistency. It was both subtle and strong at the same time, but not too overbearing either.

I love that they have the pasteurizing of the cheese in plain view for walkers to see. It showed great transparency on how they made their awesome cheese. I also liked that they showcased the process into little poster boards so their audience could understand how their cheese is made.
