Terrible customer service. I attempted to order a couple of pies for my family tonight. To start out with the moment I called the person who picked up the phone put me on hold stating they were to busy with a customer, guess she forgets I'm a customer as well. Then after 4-5 minutes of being old hold she answered with a atrocious Ok what do you want. I go to begin my order then she begins countering everything I say with a sorry say that again. or a what?' I finally get around to being able to order my pizzas which I had to repeat the order at least 10 times. So I get around to completeing the order she gives me a 30 minute to an hour wait time. 2 and a half hours later I decide to call back because my food had yet to arrive. Come to find out she wrote my address wrong. Then I was told that I would get a new pizza sent out in less than 30 minutes. But I had to give my payment info out again because she entered it in wrong. I work in the hospitality business and I know that when you make a mistake you're supposed to correct, not extend or add to the issue. Its called giving the pickle not the shaft. Never order from them over the phone. I have never had the food. and from the reviews I figured i'd give it a try but judging by the service I was given I don't think it'd be any good anyway. So I settled for calling pizza hut instead sorry Bella Dora's step it up. customer service should your first priority.

Pizza crust tasted like cardboard, bland and plain. Toppings were mediocre and sauce was insufficient. I would have preferred Papa Johns or some big chain's pizza to this. I was disappointed by the largely positive reviews. The only plus to this place was that the service was friendly. Avoid this place if you are looking for delicious pizza.

First time there. The place is really small; so you might want to take your order to go. Wow,... the food was great.

This was very good pizza and salads but is very small and not very great atmosphere for the prices. The manager was very nice.

Wow! We loved it! We just arrived at our hotel and had 9 hungry mouths to feed. We ordered 2 lg cheese and one lg pepperoni and ham pizza...We have leftovers for tomorrow and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their pizza an the price was extremely reasonable! We may have to have this again before we leave!
The staff was so helpful and friendly and there's quite a large menu selection!
