We have enjoyed the homey atmosphere and the authenticity of the selection of true Italian food.

I've driven by this place for years and finally managed to stop in and was incredibly surprised. Easily the best Italian food I've had in Cincinnati!

Or favorite Italian in the city. I love every dish I've ever had here and I've had many. This is our go to place for special occasions.

LOVED the atmosphere and the menu. I had the prime rib cannelini and bread pudding and I enjoyed both. Everyone in my group was thouroughly satisfied with their meals. However, the bartender was somewhat sarcastic, and not in a good way. We felt as if she did not really want to service us. If it werent for that ithe experience wouldve been 5 stars for sure!! The rest of the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Definitely will be back...wont sit at a table in the bar if that same bartender is there though.

Very bad experience. Did not get what was ordered to begin with. Food that did arrive tasted like it had been put in a microwave. We were asked what type of salad we wanted with our meal then later discovered we were charged $14 for the salads that we did not eat. All food and drinks were way overpriced. We were offered replacement food for what was wrong; however, nothing that we had gave us any confidence in ordering anything else.
We left with an $80 for 3 drinks one meal that was taken off the bill, one appetizer and a dry portion of Alfredo. Had to stop on our 45 minute drive back home for drive through food.
The owner called me the next day and was very degrading and did nothing to try to reconcile. We at no point in time ever asked for any compensation for the meal as we were accused of only wanting.
I have been a manager for 15 years and have never handled a customer issue so poorly and would never dream of talking down to someone who came to my business for service.
I have never in my life written a negative review until now but I felt this one was warranted. If you go...I hope your experience is better thatn mine.
