I was a little disappointed in the atmosphere at this location, compared to the kings hwy location at least, the owners mother was there and was very sweet but talked our ears off, but he..the owner I'm guessing.. on the other hand, was a dickhead taking our orders saying "what do you want?", setting our drinks down with a "here!", just felt very awkward.Never asked if we needed a refill or if we needed anything. The food was good, I will order from there again but he needs to lighten up a bit...He is definitely the reason the parking lot is always empty. The one on Kings Hwy is a bit more pleasant.

Lackluster food. Late lunch and the place was empty.

Terrible service. All the old bat wanted to do was watch tv. Never once asked if everything was okay. No drink refill. No offer of dessert or coffee. No thanks.

I was a little concerned when I pulled into the parking lot at 7pm and I was the only one there. Girl at counter said they've been real slow during the week and were closing early (it was a Wednesday night). Decided to give it a whirl anyway and took the food back to the hotel. It was actually very good. I would go back again and dine in.

This gem has been a favorite of ours for 5 months now. It exemplifies exceptional ... with a old school Italian flair the menu is great and it excels with each entree. The owner takes great pride in his presence and food in the Port Charlotte and never disappoints!! Don't miss an opportunity to savor this special experience !

Looking for a location for great Italian food, Bella Napoli fell into our laps. Its a cute little restaurant with a taste of old style NY flair, we were greeted immediately upon entering the door.

We were seated, given menus, and our drink order was taken seconds later. At this time, the female owner walked over to make small talk with us, which I thought was amazingly sweet. She did it with every customer that walked through the door.

The prices were unbelievably cheap. When the food came out, the portions were WOW!! I had the Veggie Stromboli & the husband had the Cheese Steak sandwich.

His sandwich was served on toasted bread, cooked to order. He was VERY impressed.

My Stromboli, well, it was just fantabulous. I have never ventured away from a salad at an Italian joint before this and boy was I glad I took the chance. It was so flavorful and satisfying. I swear I just wanted to nap right there in the booth.

I am extremely impressed with this spot and will definitely make a trip back soon. The tiramisu on their dessert menu is calling my name. Bravo, Bella Napoli, and Ciao for now.
