06/18/2015 5:39 pmThe service is absolutely horrible. They open at 5 and we sat there until 5:37. He tells us that we have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes. |

06/09/2015 12:47 pmThe worst. Puts me on hold more than 3 times as if they are playing phone tag. As soon as I open mouth to say "I'd like to place am order for pickup," they transfer you to another line. Waited 20 minutes and called back twice. No one ever took my order. |

06/04/2015 4:13 pmI have to agree with the recent reviews. I used to LOVE this location. But lately, it has gone down hill. I was confronted with a rude, dismissive waiter. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told, "she is busy"... when did customer service become so bad? |

04/22/2015 3:52 pmHORRIBLE doesn't begin to describe this place. I try to give restaurants a chance, however, after being a frequent customer of this location over the past 10 years, I must say the service has drastically declined and has become one of the worse places I have ever experienced. I see why the servers are piss poor, they are only following the lead of the managers. I went there today and had a situation where they found out 45 minutes after I had ordered that they didn't have the main ingredient for my food choice. REALLY, who does that??? It then took them an additional 20 minutes to give us our bill after we had asked for it, mind you, they weren't crowded at all!! I could say more, but I am getting upset all over again. Needless to say, I will NOT spend another dime in this establishment. If you are looking for good service, this is definitely not the place. :-( |

12/14/2014 1:34 pmAbsolutely horrible. DO NOT EAT HERE. Took 15 mins to flag a server down for drinks, another 10 mind to get them. Asked for soup, got salad. Asked for hibachi shrimp, got shrimp fried rice. 'Cook' if you can call him that was high. Making a lot of people nervous at the table. Long, unclean nails, a1in coke pinkie nail. Food was under seasoned and bland. He crossed contaminated several times, not wiping his tools in between seafood and vegetables. And cooking raw chicken right next to vegetables. All in all, a complete waste of part of a wonderful Sunday. This place should be shut down. |
