Great food and atmosphere, but a little pricy! Most of the chefs seemed to enjoy their work, with only a few exceptions.

I called 3 days prior to make reservations and Dave, with his negative attitude told me he did not have any reservations for party of 18. I told him my party and I would just show up and wait the 1-2 hour wait that he said would happen if we just showed up. I drove 50 miles to this place. I arrive and let the hostesses know I had a party of 18. They gave ugly faces, so I said, is that bad? And she said yes! So here comes Dave, which is pretty rude and needs more training in customer service by the way.....after a conversation with him, he told us we would not be seated at all. They just couldn't fit us in (we arrived at 6:30). I'm pretty disappointed. I called Tokyo Harbor in Forney, they were so nice and welcoming and told us to come on over. This place was awesome! Had us laughing, gave us a good time and kept the kids happy! Much much better environment!

Great food! My friend from out-of-town loves it too! We look forward to getting together at this Benihana. Love the coy pond, so relaxing!

The only thing better than the food at Benihana in Dallas was the customer service! After an incredible dinner, somehow my boyfriend forgot his credit card and I forgot my jacket! We live in North Carolina and were flying out the next morning so we were unable to go back to get the items. Benihana staff to the rescue!! They graciously sent both items via FEDEX the next day! Amazing! The next time we are in Dallas we will definitely go back to Benihana! The ambiance was inviting, the prices were fair, and the food was delicious. They even greeted us in Japanese! Great experience!

I love this Benihana. When I do visit Dallas this is the one I frequent. I came here for my birthday and I ordered the filet mignon and scallops. Service was cool as well. The layout is cool here. The bar area is a nice size.

Benihana is a great place to go with a group. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for something romantic and private. You are seated as a group with other people so if sitting with strangers is not something you like then you probably won't enjoy it.

The chefs are cool and the tricks are entertaining but I have been seeing the same tricks for the past few years, so maybe they should switch it up a little.
