Worst benihana experience. Will never go back. The waitress couldn't get my drink order right, she seemed more interested in the group of kids at our table than the other 2 couples at the table. I ordered the most expensive item on the menu and to my dismay the chef gave my food to another person at the table! Instead of the waitress fixing the problem, I had to point out that I never received my food because it was given to the wrong person. When you charge the way they do, you deserve better customer service than that. They've lost my business for life.

Sat in the bar area. The staff were friendly and quickly provided my order. Will eat here again if the occasion presents itself.

I was really looking forward to eating at Benihana this evening but was completely disappointed. We arrived on time for our reservation and we were not seated till 30 min later. We waited another 30 min for them to fill up our table. We then proceeded to wait even longer for our chef. After a conversation with the owner we learned they got a lot of walk ins and were backed up due to a convention next door. What I am livid about is why they would allow walk ins to affect the quality of service they gave to those of us who had reservations? To top it all off, when the chef finally arrived and began cooking she overcooked all of the food! The scallops, shrimp even our filet mignon! When we spoke to the manager he told us it didn't sound like we would like the food if the chef cooked it for us again so we should just leave! Needless to say we were dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Wonderful experience!!!! Bar drinks perfectly made. Food was fresh!!!! Sushi was GREAT, grilled food cooked perfectly, and chef was VERY entertaining. The manager was VERY nice and kept checking on our experience. We live in Silsbee Texas and we WILL be back. Defiantly worth the drive for us.

Quite unpleasant and beyond unacceptable. Definitely did not perform up to its name. I was told the wait would be an hour, yet watched 2 groups go before me and was told I could sit in the lounging area if I, "didn't want to wait". Once I sat in the waiting area, they took my drinks and then the manager came to us, and said that there was a table ready. I was content however as soon as I sat down, 3 waiters took our drink order, our chef took another hour to BEGIN to take our dinner order and if it couldn't get any worse, we were accidentally charged for the table a cross us even though they weren't even done eating. The food was pretty good, however the service and experience is not worth the price tag. Do not recommend this specific location.
