06/29/2015 10:01 amThis was my first visit to Benihana and I'll definitely be back thanks to Tania. She was so good to me and my family and made our visit worthwhile. It was my sons 16th birthday and our first time coming to Florida, she took pictures, song a birthday song. I eat out a lot, but Tania gave me the best service I have ever had! You are lucky to have someone like her working for your company, now when I think of Benihana I will think of great food and great service. Thanks so much Tania you made our visit so much more special. |

05/25/2015 9:44 pmMy son’s birthday celebration was here this evening. After dinner we waited one half hour for his birthday cake, our other desert orders, etc.; however the restaurant was "backed up real bad”, according to the waiter who had disappeared for the 30 minutes. So we asked for our check when he finally remembered that we existed. Our check was wrong as other diners at our table had 2 food items of ours on their check. After getting change for a large bill to rectify the incorrect billing at the table, I told the manager of our issues around my sons "birthday event", when walking the check to her so we could end the misery. She offered to take my sons photo as we were exiting....really? |

02/09/2015 6:23 pmThe food was great but the quality of service was awful. The manager was nice enough to apologize but that's about it. The waiter rarely came back and we only were able to validate two hours of parking (the wait made us hit a little bit over two). If you have the means to, go to Benihana Miramar. They can handle a full restaurant and usually have really great service. Plus parking isn't awful. |

01/15/2015 3:22 pmThis location is always a reliable choice for Benihana's in Miami. Despite the short wait times, service is always great, as well as the quality of food and drinks. There isn't the great view like the Benihana in North Bay Village, but the surrounding area of Miracle Mile is nice. If you sign up for their newsletter, you may also receive an invitation to their Sushi classes, which are such a great bargain and experience. |

06/25/2014 9:15 amMy husband and I go to Benihanas all the time, typically the Coral Springs location, however we were in Miami and starving so we stopped in.. Worst mistake ever!! To start off with we were sat with the most obnoxious rude group of women ever- (and I use the term women loosely), their crying baby was more pleasurable to listen to then they were.. The water was a complete idiot, he spoke more about what a great server he was than actually serving anything.. He insisted that we would never have to ask for a drink with him as our waiter (because supposedly he's just that darn good *sarcasm*) yet, many times we sat with empty drinks wondering when our super waiter would get his head out of his a** and serve our drinks- needless to say, it didn't happen until we asked.. Now lets move on to the Chef- the food he prepared was amazing but him, not so much.. He spent more of his time arguing with the group of girls who were on the other side of the table- he could've cared less about the rest of the customers sitting there... Back to the waiter- by the end of the meal I am furious and ready to get out of this place, we ask for our check and the genius that our waiter is manages to completely screw up our check with the people sitting next to us.. they were charged for our drinks, we were charged for their extra rice.. THEN to top it all off it took him an additional 10 minutes to fix the error!! it was BY FAR the worst experience ever and we will NEVER be back to this location again... |
