Newly renovated, great customer service, the staff was excellent and friendly, and kitchenette was fully equipped. Thanks, will definitely stay again!

I don't wanna even give it one star so that star doesn't count jus had to so I can't write an review but. I booked a room for five days coming from San Antonio Texas get my room it smells like urine toilet had urine stains & bed sheets had stains room was so small for two beds the pictures on the site we're lies plus ppl outside was eyeing my car like they was going to steal it lol but I didn't stay got a refund was received in four days on my card.

Studio 6 Sugarland is the best place to stay the night from a long road trip. Best customer service the front desk people are always welcoming and very friendly. The rooms are renovated so everything is new and nice. Housekeeping are very friendly and professional and helpful when you need anything they can you as well as the people from the front desk. And the location is perfect you have walking distance restaurant and the mall and shopping center are only 5 minutes away. Studio 6 is a perfect place to stay

With a heavy heart I have to give this place one star. It's a nice facility, the manager KD has a very very good sense of what real customer service is. Unfortunately, there are a few people who report to him that don't, who think bullying and arguing, making false allegations and yelling are a way to provide cs. Though many of the workers are truly good people who want to do what's right, they are caught between some poor management under KD. Mariel, Toni, Juan, the overnight manager, provide a cheerful countenance and wouldn't think to be rude or to lie. The facility itself has many good qualities, that should be noted in all fairness. I have not noted a bug problem as others have. I've traveled all over the world, I've stayed in places from no star to five, it's not about the stars, it's always about the service and how the place is cared for. I stayed here almost 4 months because of a pet whom I did not want to have to move around. It also bears mentioning that I'm a fully licensed, fingerprinted professional with years working for state organizations in a high-level capacity with a high security rating.
