Way over priced for the quality of food.the atmosphere is good,but I make better steaks on the grill at home.

When they advertise BEST steak in town they were not kidding. I had my doubts but when the meal came it was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the meal was priced accordingly and the salad bar had many choices, all which were great. As we were finishing our meal, the owner himself asked us how the meal was. You don't get that at many restaurants!

Best service I've had in a while. Our waiter and trainee were quick, very friendly and went above and beyond to get a prime rib order in with the chef before its 4pm availability.

The prime rib was excellent and everyone was raving about their food.

The interior decor is one of a kind. Cozy and rustic with an upscale feel.

Excellent steak. Excellent service. Delicious food. The salad bar plates were all dirty, my only complaint. I finally wiped one clean and enjoyed my meal. Glad we didn't give up bc the food is outstanding. And the lunch pricing is very fair. $15 for a 6 oz. steak, potato and salad bar. Overall highly recommended.

Been there a bunch! Love the patio. Love the old Steak and Ale building. Food was good, live music with David Hardwick is alway fun and excellent talent and song choices. Glad he is moving back to Texas!
