Food:

one of the worst experiences ever, wont ever go back there again. First of all it wasn't busy, our food took over 40 minutes and the waitress never came to tell us if there was a problem with our order, so were there with two toddlers getting antsy, and finally we just asked for the drink bill, the waitress said she would be back with the manager, but that person never showed their face, what a coward, and even a customer asked the hostess to bring out the manager, because of what she observed and the manager never came out, no wonder they are an independent franchise and not a corporate restaurant, they don;t know how to treat customers correctly and with respect. I would say consumer beware and don't waste your time and money on this establishment.

Went there because it wasn't busy. There is a reason they weren't busy. Service was extremely slow. I order the fish and chips to eat, it didn't taste "right," so I didn't finish my meal. Thank god, because the bit I did eat made me very sick (spent the night with my head or other end in/on the toilet.) In addition, my buddy that I went there with pointed that his beer mug smelled bad, real real bad. I smelled it and choked... I don't think I'll ever be able to eat at a bennigans again.

Average megachain food. Nice waitstaff. Fair prices.

not impressed at all. Food was nothing to brag about and the place was not clean

Waitress never brought me a refill, nor asked me if I wanted one. She did manage to bring everyone else at the table a refill.
Then got mad at my group for asking to have the bill split up after she assumed that we were going to pay off of just one bill.

I should have just left and not paid, I waited an hour for my portion of the bill to be printed and then another 20minutes to get my credit card back.

I'm not going to go back.
